Service Fee Guidelines
- Registration and verification fees are non-refundable once the verification process has started.
- Number exchange fees are non-refundable once the contact details have been shared with mutual consent.
- Success fees are non-refundable once the engagement or marriage is finalized.
- If a service is not provided as described, users may contact our support team for a review of their case.
- Any refunds approved will be processed through the original payment method within 7-10 working days.
